Privacy

Short, because this site collects next to nothing.

Who is responsible

Özge Kıter Sterl, OKS design, at the address in the imprint. Email: hello@oks.design

What this site does not do

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no forms. The fonts, pictures and videos all come from this site's own server, so no other company sees your visit through them.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Like every web server, Vercel receives your IP address, the time, the page you open and your browser's description, and keeps them for a short time in its logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in running a safe website. This data may be processed in the United States. See Vercel's privacy policy.

The project websites

When you open a project on the device, your browser starts loading that project's website (linpile.com, wrapchatapp.com or bramblewick.world) so it appears quickly when you go in. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

When you write to me

If you email me, I use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them once they are no longer needed. The mailbox is provided by GoDaddy (Professional Email by Titan).

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object, take your data with you, and complain to a data protection authority. Write to hello@oks.design.
